Technical service conditions in Almuco

At Almuco, we want you to have all the information you need before leaving your tool in our hands. These terms and conditions govern repair orders carried out in our workshop, owned by Alquiler de Multi Equipos de Construcción S.L., hereinafter "the workshop." They are available in store and on this website.

📋 General conditions

  • If the estimate is not accepted, the current diagnostic fee will be charged.

  • The withdrawal of repaired or estimated machines must be carried out within a maximum period of 30 days from the notification by phone or email..

  • If the customer has not claimed their tool within 30 days of notification, the workshop will scrap it and will be exempt from any subsequent claims.

🛠️ Hidden breakdowns and estimates

  • Any hidden defects or faults that may appear during the preparation of the estimate or during the repair will be reported to the customer as soon as possible.

  • A new quote will be drawn up if necessary.

  • The estimate covers only the deficiency described by the client. It does not include inspection or repair of other equipment functions that have not been requested.

📑 Quote conditions

  • The quote is an initial estimate. The final price may vary depending on the cost and availability of spare parts, as well as any unforeseen events that may arise during the repair.

  • The quote will be valid for 15 calendar days from its issuance.

  • In order to process your spare parts order, a 50% non-refundable payment is required. Once the spare parts have been ordered, payment is required.

  • The remaining amount must be paid upon delivery of the repaired tool.

  • The company may retain the tool in case of non-payment.

  • Machine removal must be carried out within 30 days of notification; after this period

  • After these days without collection, the company may proceed with the scrapping, and will be exempt from any subsequent claims.

  • The repair warranty is three months on the repaired part, in accordance with Royal Decree 55/88, provided that it has not been tampered with by a third party.

✅ Repair Guarantee

  • All repairs come with a three-month warranty, in accordance with Article 6 of Royal Decree 55/1988 of January 29.

  • The warranty applies only to the repaired part.

  • It is void if the equipment has been tampered with by third parties after the intervention.

📦 Timings and collections

  • The usual repair time is 2 to 5 business days, except in special cases.

  • We'll let you know via WhatsApp or email when it's ready.

  • Tools not collected within the established period will be managed according to the general conditions.

♻️ Non-repairable tools

If you decide not to repair, you can:

  • Pick up your tool as is

  • Leave it for responsible recycling at no additional cost
